Blackpool Preview

This week Blackpool make the long trek to Norfolk hoping for a repeat of the performance that saw off Charlton 5-3 last week.

Tangerines manager Simon Grayson is looking forward to the game:

It’s a good place to go. It’s always a good pitch; I think they’re getting some excellent crowds there and I think it’s going to be a cracking game.

A few facts…

League Position: Norwich 12th, Blackpool 14th.

Last Meeting: 27th November 2007 – Blackpool 1 Norwich 3.

Last Meeting at Carrow Road: FA Cup 4th Round , 13th February 2007 – Norwich 3 Blackpool 2 (After Extra-Time).

Top Goalscorer: Norwich – Cureton (9), Blackpool – Burgess (6).

Played for Both Clubs: Paul Dalglish.

My Prediction: It’ll be a tough game; probably tougher than Barnsley last week in fact, but I think the Canaries will extend their current unbeaten run to two games. City to win 2-1.
